abstract The present invention relates to substituted bicyclic heteroaryls and the compositions containing them, for the treatment of general inflammation, arthritis, rheumatic diseases, osteoarthritis, inflammatory bowel diseases, inflammatory eye disorders, inflammatory bladder disorders or disorders of the bladder. unstable bladder, psoriasis, skin diseases with inflammatory components, chronic inflammatory conditions, including but not limited to autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, disseminated acute encephalomyelitis, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, sclerosis multiple, Sjoegren's syndrome and autoimmune hemolytic anemia, allergic conditions that include all forms of hypersensitivity. The present invention also makes possible methods for the treatment of cancers that are meaiated, dependent on or associated with the activity of pilO, including but not restricted to leukemia, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome ( MDS), myeloproliferative diseases (MPD), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), acute lymphoblastic T-cell leukemia (T-ALL), acute lymphoblastic B-cell leukemia (B-ALL), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), B cell lymphoma and solid tumors, such as breast cancer.
