titleOfInvention | STIMULATING COMPOSITIONS OF THE MICORRIZATION OF FUNGES IN PLANTS. |
abstract | The present invention describes compositions of the secondary metabolites pinolactone and pine zeatin from pine root extracts, which stimulate and induce the expression of the Pthik1 gene, which codes for a histidine kinase and which is isolated from the ectomycorrhizal fungus Pisolithus tÃnctorius . Said gene is part of a two-component system capable of censoring the pine exudates pinolactone and pine zeatin that allow the start of a symbiotic association or ectomicorrization process. Because the ectomicorrization process is slow, the compositions of the invention facilitate and accelerate the ectomicorrization process, so they can be used in reforestation systems for commercial purposes, in the establishment of forest plantations or soil recovery, for establishment of timber species, ornamental trees and fruit producers in shorter times, as well as for the protection of watersheds or in breeding programs. |
