abstract The present invention describes formulations for baked fruit and vegetable flakes, layered, having a light crunchy texture similar to a potato chip flake. The ingredients are combined with water and oil to make a dough, which is then rolled and cut into pieces. Pieces are baked to produce vegetable and fruit snack flakes.
