abstract The invention relates to pyrazolo-pyrimidine derivatives of the formula (I), wherein Y1, Y2 and Y3 independently are for example CR10, NH, S or O, whereby at least one of Y1, Y2 and Y3 denotes CR10 ; R1 represents chlorine or bromine; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 represent for example hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl, and R10 represents for example hydrogen, halogen or phenyl; which are potent mGluR5 modulators and are useful for example for the treatment of various neurological disorders.
