abstract The present invention relates to novel microparticles, formed of amphiphilic polyamine acids that carry active ingredient (s), AP (s), in particular, active ingredient (s) of protein and peptide, and novel pharmaceutical formulations modified release comprising said AP microparticles. The purpose of the invention is to develop novel microparticles, loaded with AP, obtained by adding nanoparticles of amphiphilic polyamine acids and having improved properties, in particular in the dry solid form, with respect to their ability to disperse and, with respect to the reconstituted suspension, its stability and its ability to handle and inject easily. The invention relates, first, to microparticles of amphiphilic polyamine acid (PO) comprising at least one AP (non-covalently associated), which spontaneously forms a colloidal suspension of nanoparticles in water at pH 7.0, under conditions isotonic, whose microparticles a. are obtained by atomization of a colloidal solution or suspension of PO comprising at least one AP, b. have a size between 0.5 and 100 microns, c. and are dispersible in colloidal suspension. The invention also relates to the process for the preparation of these microparticles, to a liquid formulation comprising a suspension of these PO / AP microparticles, to a reconstitution process and equipment for this formulation and to a dry form of this formulation.
