The use of compounds that respond to formula (I), wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are hydrogen and X a phenyl group optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from each other among the following atoms or groups: halogen, alkoxy (from 1 to 6 carbon atoms), alkyl (from 1 to 6 carbon atoms), cycloalkyl (from 1 to 6 carbon atoms), alkyl (from 1 to 6 carbon atoms), cycloalkyl (from 1 to 6 atoms carbon) -alkoxy (from 1 to 6 carbon atoms), NRaRb; or R2 is chlorine and X is a para-fluoro-phenyl; or R3 is a methyl and X is an unsubstituted phenyl group; or R1 is a methyl and X is an unsubstituted phenyl group, Ra and Rb are independently from each other hydrogen, alkyl (from 1 to 6 carbon atoms) or form with the nitrogen atom a cycle of 4 to 7 links, in the state of base or salt of addition to an acid for the prevention of diseases in which the NOT receptor is involved. |
