titleOfInvention METHOD TO TREAT A PRECIPITATE THAT INCLUDES IRON SULFATE (II) MONOHIDRATADO, AN INSTALLATION, GRANULAR MATERIAL AND ITS USES.
abstract The invention relates to a method for controlling the solubility of the granular material by treating a precipitate comprising iron (II) sulfate monohydrate that comes from the production of titanium dioxide, in which method, the reaction temperature increases as much as a temperature of 120 ° C, with an installation for treating a precipitate comprising iron (II) sulfate monohydrate, with a product and its uses. A common method according to the invention comprises the steps of mixing water in the reaction mixture in the mixer, and maintaining a sufficient amount of neutralizing agent to provide a pH value of 1.5 to 4, preferably 1.5 to 3, to the final product in order of obtaining a granular material having a high content of soluble iron (II) or maintaining a sufficient amount of neutralizing agent to provide a pH value (9 to the final product in order to obtain a granular material with low solubility.
