VACCINES AND THERAPEUTIC PEPTIDES. |
abstract |
Compositions that widely induce therapeutic HIV and vaccine that induce antibodies to several HIV clades are presented and relates to the ability to identify short peptide sequence immunogens derived from HIV gpl-20 and various therapeutic compositions made with the identified peptides of which CCR5 binding sites are component. Methods are also presented to select sequences of peptides that are candidates for drugs that will offer effective treatment in these areas such as Alzheimer's disease, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis and other diseases associated with the human inflammatory cascade as well as related retroviruses, such as HTLV- 1, the cause of tropical spastic paraparesis. |
