titleOfInvention | COMPOSITION OF POLYMER CONCRETE. |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel composition of Polymeric Concrete, which is characterized by the total removal of Portland cement as a binder or bonding element, as well as the total removal of water as a catalyst or hardening agent. In particular, a polymeric concrete composition comprising (i) from 6.0% to 35.0% by weight of a polymerization resin or a polycondensation resin; (ii) from 94.0% to 65.0% by weight of loads or elements of mechanical resistance; (iii) as an option a catalyst dissolved in solvents in a proportion that can vary from 0.5% to 5.0% by weight: (iv) as an option an accelerator based on a soap made with non-water soluble heavy metals, in a proportion of 1.0% to 6.0% by weight, dissolved in a solvent; (v) as an option, UV inhibitors in proportions from 1.0% to 10.0% by weight, dissolved in a solvent: (iv) as an option, combustion or flame inhibitors from 1.0% to 15.0% by weight, dissolved in a solvent; (vii) as an option, integrated colors based on metal oxides and organic colors soluble in any type of resin, in a proportion of 4.0% to 15.0% by weight. |
