abstract The present invention describes bar compositions, which are softer than the soap but have a very clean sensation or rinse associated with the soap. This is achieved by ensuring that at least one portion (at least 1%), or the entire soluble surfactant system is not sensitive. In addition, soluble soap comprises less than 1% by weight of the bar, which helps produce a bar with a less alkaline pH while allowing the production of a very clean sensation.
