titleOfInvention | PHNO FLUORADA AND ANALOGS OF HER. |
abstract | This application describes (+) PHNO and analogs thereof, including radioactively labeled analogs, of the formula (I), wherein R1 is an alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, in which a hydrogen atom of the alkyl chain is replaced with fluoro or radioactive fluoro. The application further describes compositions containing these compounds, and methods for using these compounds. The compounds of the formula (I), have good affinity and selectivity for dopamine D2 receptors, and are therefore useful for marking dopamine D2 receptors in vivo and for identifying and quantifying the degree of dopamine supersensitivity in the brain at various stages of a disease related to dopamine. |
