abstract The present invention relates to the production of alcohol-free beverage enriched with 1H216O, as compared to the composition of a typical non-alcoholic beverage. This is provided by adding light, high purity water to the non-alcoholic beverage, which comprises 99.76 percent to about 99.99 percent of 1H216O, by weight of water, while the content of 1H216O in typical water is not greater than 99,575 percent by weight of water. In accordance with the present invention, the non-alcoholic beverage, enriched with 1H216O in an amount not less than 99.76 percent by weight of water, includes: drinking water, potable table water, mineralized water, mineral water, mineral table water, Prophylactic mineral water, medicinal mineral water, mixed drink that is a table drink, special purpose drink, refreshing drink, cold drink, tonic, lemonade, non-alcoholic cocktail and drink that is juice, nectar, kissel, mors, tea, Kvass, non-alcoholic beer.
