The present invention relates to a thin film electrical component, characterized in that it includes a rigid glass support plate; a substrate attached to the rigid glass support plate, the substrate including a polymer that establishes a bond with the rigid glass support plate that breaks when the substrate and the rigid glass support plate are immersed well in a bath of water at elevated temperature or in a bath of physiological saline at moderate temperature to separate the polymer from its fixation on the rigid glass support plate, and a means to form an electrical circuit, said circuit forming means being connected to the substrate without breaking when the substrate is separated from its attachment with the rigid glass support plate. |
