| abstract |
The present invention relates to a foamable composition of vinyl chloride resin, for powder molding, containing a foam-forming agent where said composition is produced by the following dry mixing method: a first step where from 40 to 120 parts by weight of plasticizer is mixed with 100 parts by weight of a granular vinyl chloride resin, a second step where from 0.5 to 40 parts by weight of at least one polymer or copolymer having an active hydrogen in the molecule (component A) and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of an interlocking isocyanate compound (component B) with added and dry mixed to cover said first dry mix particles, with said components (A) and (B) , and thus form second dry mix particles; a third step where from 3 to 25 parts by weight of a pulverized vinyl chloride resin is added to cover said second dry mix particles, said foaming agent being added in said first step. |
