abstract The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion, free of propetamphos solvents, characterized in that it comprises: a) from 5 to 50 weight percent of technical propentamphos, in the form of droplets having a particle size less than 5 microns, b) 1 to 8 weight percent of a polyvinyl alcohol, c) 1 to 3 weight percent of a buffer, which regulates the pH of the formulation from 6 to 7, d) 1 to 2 percent by weight of a vegetable oil, e) from 0.5 to 2 percent by weight of an emulsifier, f) from 0 to 8 percent by weight of an antifreeze agent, g) from 0 to 0.1 percent by weight of a antifoaming agent, h) from 0 to 0.1 weight percent of a perfume, the balance being water.
