abstract The invention relates to medicine, in particular to gastroenterology. The essence of the invention is that after collecting the blood sample on the uneaten, the gastric and duodenal contents are collected, then after 10-15 minutes from the time of the hepatic bile the intravenous administration is given 9-10 ml 2.4% euphilin solution and 50 ml 40% glucose solution. After intravenous administration of the glucose solution, the gastric and duodenal contents are collected every 15 minutes for one hour and repeated collection of blood samples over 5; 10; 30; 60 and 120 min. The technical result of the invention consists in the simultaneous stimulation of the excretory and excretory functions of the pancreas and the synchronous obtaining of data on the secretion of the stomach, the functioning of the gallbladder and the biliary tract.
