titleOfInvention | Zn trifluoroacetate adduct with gamma-picoline |
abstract | The present invention relates to a new biologically active chemical compound - an adduct of zinc trifluoroacetate with g-picoline, of the formula [Zn (CF3CO2) 2 (gPic) 2], which can be used in medicine, in particular in periodontics, to stimulate reparative processes in periodontal tissues with periodontitis. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that it is proposed the adduct of zinc trifluoroacetate with g-picoline of the general formula [Zn (CF3CO2) 2 (gPic) 2] used as a stimulator of reparative processes in periodontal tissues during periodontal disease. Technical result and The invention consists in the fact that the use of the substance of the invention, the adduct of zinc trifluoroacetate with g-picoline, provides an increase of 53.0% in the activity of alkaline phosphatase in periodontal bone tissue, an increase in the activity of arylsulfatase A and B by 19.6%. Under the influence of the proposed substance, there is: a decrease in atrophy of the alveolar processes, for example, the prevalence rate of atrophy of the alveolar processes decreases by 6.4%, and the intensity indicator decreases by 21.2%; an increase in the content of Ca and P in the bone tissue of the lower jaw by 11.9% and 18.0%, respectively, which indicates a stimulation of the metabolism of these minerals. |
