abstract The invention relates to medicine, especially to ophthalmology and can be used for the treatment of senile cataract associated with pseudoexfoliative syndrome. According to the invention, the claimed method consists in performing local and regional anesthesia, fixing the upper rectus muscle, incisive incision at the tongue. and the cornea, at 10.00 ... 14.00, then at the margin of the pupil, there are four incisions corresponding to the hours 09.00, 12.00, 15.00 and 18.00, each with a length of 2 mm, the anterior capsulorexis is performed, the crystalline nucleus is removed, the crystalline nucleus is removed, the washing of the crystalline masses, the artificial lens is implanted from the posterior chamber, the cornea is sutured and the anterior chamber is restored by introducing the sterile physiological solution, then the conjunctiva is sutured, and in the subconjunctival space an antibiotic and corticosteroid remedy are introduced, after which the rectus muscle is released higher.
