abstract The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to morphology, topographic anatomy and pathomorphology, in particular to the methods of highlighting the lymph nodes in the total anatomical preparations. The essence of the invention is that before the preparation is washed and the fixation is carried out in a solution 1.5-3% sulfosalicylic acid for 1-2 hours, then rinse with distilled water, stain with Schiff reagent in the dark, at 3-4 ° C, for 6-12 hours, the preparation rinse in 2-3 portions of sulfur water, clear in a mixture of glycerin and sulfur water in a ratio of 1: 1 and place in clean glycerin. The technical result of the invention consists in removing the artifacts, reducing the processing time of the preparation.
