abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely radiation treatment in oncology. The essence of the invention is that it is administered once daily after meals, for 15 days after the beginning of the course of radiation, intravenously 5 mL of 5% solution of ascorbic and peroral acid a retinol capsule (33000 UA), a tocopherol capsule (0.2 g) and a methyluracil tablet (0.2 g). At the same time, pumpkin seed oil is administered rectally in the form of microclimates, in a volume of 20 mL one hour before the radiotherapy session. Also, the oil is administered peroral, one teaspoon (5 mL) 2 times a day, starting with 2 ... 3 days before the start of the radiotherapy course, as well as during the whole course. The result is the decrease of local and general post-radiation complications at oncological patients.
