Nutrient medium for yeast strain cultivation Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-20 contains, at 1L: ammonium sulfate 3.0 g, magnesium sulfate 0.7 g, sodium chloride 0.5 g, calcium nitrate 0.4 g , potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1.0 g, autolysed yeast 10 ml, molasses 20 g, zinc trichloracetate chloride 5.0 (10 mg and the rest drinking water, having a pH 5.5. The result of the invention is to increase the biomass productivity yeast and carbohydrate content.
