Topical sterile ophthalmic nanosuspensions are useful in the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the eye such as posteritis blepharitis, blepharitis and dry eye syndrome by topical administration of the mentioned nanosuspension on the eyelids, eyelashes or the edge of the eyelids.
