abstract | The invention relates to medicine, especially to pediatric gastroenterology. The essence of the invention is that to determine the condition of the vegetative nervous system in children with chronic gastroduodenal diseases, the saliva sample is collected and prepared, and then photometrically the acetylcholinesterase and pseudocolinesterase levels are determined. In this case, the acetylcholinesterase level is found to be higher than the physiological norm, and of the low pseudocolinesterase, the dystonia of the vegetative nervous system is observed. |
