abstract Invention refers to medicine - especially pediatric gastroenterology. The essence of the invention is that to determine the condition of the vegetative nervous system in children with chronic gastroduodenal diseases, the saliva sample is collected and prepared and then photometrically the acetylcholinesterase and pseudocolinesterase levels are determined and if the acetylcholinesterase level proves to be high the physiological norm and of the low pseudocolinesterase is found the dystonia of the vegetative nervous system. à
