The process for obtaining cryosensitive bull semen includes intramuscular administration in the middle third of the bull's neck of a 0.5% Spirulina platensis extract solution in dose of 0.4 ml / 100 kg live weight, for 10 days, after which the semen is harvested and frozen, at the same time an extract obtained from biomass of Spirulina platensis grown on a medium, containing in g / L: NaNO3 - 2.5; NaHCO3 - 2.0; NaCl - 1.0; K2SO4 - 0.5; Na2HPO4- 0.2; MgCl2 - 0.05; CaCl 2 - 0.024; H2BO3 - 0.00286; MnCl2 · 4H2O - 0.00181; CuSO4 · 5H2O - 0.00008; MoO3 - 0.000015; Fe-EDTA - 1.0 ml and iron selenite, added at a concentration of 0.03 g / L in the first 12 hours of cultivation.
