Derivatives of alkyl triphenylphosphonium of tamoxifen have the general formula (I) in which n = 8 ... 12, and Z is selected from the group of organic or inorganic salts. Derivatives of alkenyl triphenylphosphonium tamoxifen have the general formula IA, in which n = 6 ... 10, and Z has the meanings defined above. These compounds are effective in treating tumor diseases, especially with high levels of HER2 protein. A medicament for the treatment of tumor diseases in accordance with the present invention contains at least one E / Z isomer of the aliphatic triphenylphosphonium derivatives of tamoxifen of the general formula (I) and / or IA, or their corresponding salts of tertiary amines.
