abstract The invention relates to the field of processing of polymeric materials that can be used in the construction industry for the production of building, foundation and wall blocks, floor slabs, paving slabs, as well as paving. A composite material containing processed and crushed waste of polymeric materials, rubber crumb, filler in the form of various wastes from the processing of wood, metals, waste from cement production and an additive with a carbon content of C2n, where n is not less than 30, namely C60 or C70 lelerene or fullerene soot with partially extracted fullerene. The method for producing a composite material according to the invention involves the mechanical processing of polymers, drying, extrusion to obtain granules of polymer material of the order of 3 ... 30 mm, mixing it in at least two drying chambers -dosers with pre-ground filler and crumb rubber, extruding the mixture with increasing its temperature, then at the exit from the extruder the mixture is doped with fullerene or fullerene soot a temperature of 120 ... 200 ° C, after which the resulting mixture is pressed and cooled.
