The liquor consists of the following components per 1000 blends: a wax ripened walnut extract - 4369 ... 4371 l, cinnamon infusion - 59 ... 61 l, coffee infusion - 99 ... 101 l, cocoa infusion - 179 ... 181 l, vanillin solution 59 ... 61 l, color - 29 ... 31 l, sugar syrup 73.2% - 2939 ... 2941 l, citric acid - 65 ... 70 kg, ethyl alcohol and distilled water - the rest. The technical result consists in improving the organoleptic properties of the finished product and expanding the range of liquors.
