abstract The present invention relates to novel inhibitors of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase-1 and / or indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase-2 and / or tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase, metabolites thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or prodrugs thereof.
