In our study, ocm crystals were reconstituted by mixing and stirring two equal volumes of calcium solutions 2ml \ / let of oxalate 1omm.We also added different solutions of inhibitors of OC crystals to the mixture and then evaluate the activity of this inhibitor by calculating the number of crystals or crystal aggregate on a cell of mallassez and observing under optical microscope at magnification 40. The inhibitors of crystals of ocm are obtained by decoction for 24 hours in water. |
