titleOfInvention Heat mix pencil for welding
abstract The invention relates to the thermal welding and thermal cutting of steel and non-ferrous metal constructions and can be used for welding, cutting and melting of metals in the household, repair of machinery under field conditions, repairing of structures and mechanisms, for emergency and rescue work, as well as for construction and dismantling under construction. The thermocouple pencil contains a thermocouple core (3) sealed from one end (2), the other end of which is fixed to the tube-holder (4) of the tubular thin-walled tube (5) provided with the capability of sealing it tightly into the thin-walled tube (1) to the stopper. (5), wherein: the thin-walled tube (1) and the case-holder (4) are made of profiled self-extinguishing polymer material with a flame retardant additive; thermocouple core (3) is formed from a thermal mix containing aluminum, barium sulphate, aluminum and copper alloy, magnesium, titanium hydride, Mora salt, fluorite nanopowder, iron and manganese alloys, beryllium and titanium alloys, calcium sulphate, calcined penalties, flux nanopowder, trivalent iron oxide, and binder.
