abstract The invention applies to the horticultural field and mainly may be used for seedling growing in greenhouses. The aim of the invention is to improve the construction of device and its exploitation characteristics, as well as to widen the range of performed functions and to increase the plant productivity. The essence of the invention is that the offered device is attached to a single-phase electrical power network through a voltage fourfold. Thereby high straightened voltage electrolyser is created, and it is used for the activization of sprinkling water thus gaining the necessary cation for plant watering. A water tank consisting of two cylindrical capacities is attached to an output of the voltage fourfold clamps. In a water activization process this tank performs functions of common hydrothermal ballast resistance consisting of several defective filament spectral luminescent lamps connected in series, as well as functions of electrolyser. The straightened voltage effectively fines and activates any extent of polluted water in the fraction of anions (lifeless water) and in the fraction of cations (live water) and simultaneously separates the residues resulted in an electro coagulation process. These residues may be used as plants artificial fertilizer. Due to the above mentioned the capital costs of device decrease by 35%, its operational efficiency increases for 30% and the productivity of plants increases by 25%.
