abstract The present invention pertains to the field of water transport actuators, and it can be used for motion excitation of ships, underwater robotic fishes, motorboats, etc. The objective of the invention is to reduce energy loss during operation of the propulsive device and to increase velocity of motion of floating vehicle. The proposed fin-type propulsive device is equipped with driving and transmission mechanisms. Fin of propulsive device is equipped with window, which has a possibility to rotate about axis mounted in front section of the fin. Besides, fin has a stop, which is made in the form of elastic cord and limits window's opening angle within bounds of 17 grades. Actuator of the vibration propulsive device consists of two identical fins, which have a possibility to rotate about one axis in opposite directions.
