abstract | This invention pertains to food industry, particularly to producing beverages on bases of herbal raw materials. Berries-herbal beverage contains fruit sugar and/or honey, herbal infusion and/or decoction and natural juices. Components are taken in following weight-ratio (weight-%): Fruit sugar and/or honey 2 to 7, Herbal-infusion and/or decoction 53 to 78, Natural juices 20 to 40. A novelty of the offered beverage is connected with making thereof on bases of herbal water-infusion, having total dry matter size 3.5 to 10 weight-percent, and of natural juices. The components contained in beverage are selected considering their compatibility with taste. Compositions of beverages worked out experimentally aloud to increase a functionality of berries-herbal beverages. In addition to beverages of refreshing and vitamin effect there are offered compositions having antimicrobial, organism-depurative, anti-hypertonic, organism-regeneration effect as well as strengthening effect for hairs, joints and cutis. Including fruit sugar in the formula of beverage helps to keep the natural taste of juices and makes the beverage useable for diabetics. |
