abstract There is synthesised a new heterocyclic compound 3-morfolinobenzanontrone ABM with phosphorous properties. The use of ABM as phosphorous probe has allowed the creation of a new method for qualitative evaluation of cell membrane structures and organism immunity. The invention offers a new approach to the solution to the recording of AMB spectral parameters in suspension of immunocompetent lymphatic cells. Correlation has been established in ABM spectral characteristics of donor and patient cells suspensions, the indices of blast transformation reaction, anisotropy index, as well as contents of subpopulations and their relations in the peripheral lymphatic cells. It has been discovered that intensity of ABM fluorescence characterises state of immune system, allows evaluating changes in specific parameters of immune system as well as describe relations between these parameters. It must be pointed out that changes of parameters are directly related to development of disease. The method reduces time requirements, amplifies the amount of acquired information. Besides, there is no need to use expensive chemicals and equipment.
