titleOfInvention BIOFUNGICY TREATMENT OF MICROSCOPIC MUSHROOMS TRICHODERMA HARZIANUM B-21 AND THE METHOD OF OBTAINING BIOFUNGICIDE PREPARED TRYODERMINE
abstract This invention pertains to biological agents for vegetable protection. The new Trichoderma harzianum B-21 basis (deposited at the Latvian Microorganism Culture Collection under number P 309) was obtained. It is an active bio-fungicide depressing growth of many phytopathogenic fungi (Altemaria, Botrytis, Cladosporium, Fusarium, Microdochium, Ramularia, Rhizoctonia, Sclerotinia). This basis is applied to obtain the bio-fungicide preparation trichodermin. The trichodermin obtaining method was invented by cultivation of the abovementioned fungi basis in a liquid nutrient medium containing potato, pea or wheat bran decoction, sugar or saccharose and malt extract, and preparing it in a liquid or dry form. The dry form of the preparation is obtained by blending the grown in a liquid nutrient medium fungi biomass together with cultivation liquid into peat or sapropel and drying afterwards.
