titleOfInvention | THE METHOD OF PURCHASING BIODESTRUCTURES |
abstract | This invention refers to the synthesis of foam polyurethane with isocyanuric- and urethane- parts. Foam polyurethane can be used for producing three-layered building panels with a thermo-isolation layer. The wide foaming range of parameters is necessary for the production of these panels. The invention allows the possibility of enhancing the foaming parameters, by using during the foam polyurethane synthesis a special solution with catalytically active hydroxyl-groups, which consist of alkanoldiol (1-40% of weight) and/or of trioli with a molar mass 62-106 and hydroxyl-number 1055-1823, and of solution (60-99% of weight) obtained from tall oil, di- and/or trialkylamine and potassium hydroxide in the amounts which provide the ratio of tall oil -COOH group count to alkylamine -OH group count and to potassium hydroxide -OH group to be 1:1.51/11.20:0.45/0.46. |
