titleOfInvention | Packaging container having a strengthened edge |
abstract | The object of this invention is a packing container (fig.1) made with the help of folding or other techniques with flexible material. It has a tubular shaped body with two or more longitudinal edges (14), which form between themselves a virtually flat sidewall of the container (11, 12).To eliminate the deformation of the container and/or its rupture, when held in the hand, it is suggested that the aforementioned sidewalls (11, 12), or at least one of them, are formed with the use of reinforcing, increasing the rigidity elements (20), created by means of plastic deformation of the sidewall material instead of the respective longitudinal edge (14). This significantly reinforces the container, enhances its rigidity and allows it to be held comfortably in the hand without fear of tearing or deforming its side edges and/or the adjoining sidewalls (11, 12).<IMAGE> |
