abstract | This invention is specifically related to toys, especially to tanks with wooden tracks and/or tractors, as well as to methods of their manufacturing. The goal of the manufacturing method is to increase the elasticity of the structure and to facilitate the technology of manufacturing.The mentioned structure (Fig. 1 shows its longitudinal cross section) contains a certain number of element blocks arranged in rows, which have been connected with an elastic thread and are pressed tightly to each other's side surfaces. The innovation of the invention: each block consists of two tightly connected details - interior and exterior, between which an elastic thread is positioned. The exterior detail has a flat surface and lower surface with perpendicularly situated studs to increase friction when moving on a smooth surface. The interior detail has the form of a beam, the opposite side surfaces of the upper part have been positioned in an angle in order to ensure optimum curving of the deformable structure, whereas the lower surface has longitudinal axial channels for the elastic thread.When assembling the indicated structure, the interior details are positioned so that the axial channels are situated on top. Elastic threads are placed in the axial channels and the lower surface of the interior detail and the flat surface of the exterior detail are covered with glue. After that, the exterior detail is glued with the flat surface to the lower surface of the interior detail and dried.<IMAGE> |
