Method for reducing heavy metal cadmium content in mussel cooking liquor by ferrite method |
abstract |
This invention provides method for reducing heavy metal cadmium content in mussel cooking liquor by ferrite method that comprises steps as followings: Adding 400 ~ 490 mg FeSO4 to every 70ml of mussel cooking liquid, then adjusting the pH to 8.0 ~ 9.0, and heat treatment was carried out at 80 ~ 90℃ for 30 5 minutes. According to this invention, the content of heavy metal cadmium in mussel cooking liquor can be effectively reduced only by using conventional and cheap FeSO4, and the process is simple and easy for industrial use. |
