abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a porous starch, including carrying out ultrasonic treatment on a starch and a disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution, adding a mixed enz -amylase and glucoamylase, and adding a NaOH solution after a water bath reaction to stop an enzyme reaction; and then performing centrifugation and precipitate collection, and blast drying treatment, to obtain the porous starch. The present invention uses the safe, high-efficiency, and high-universality method for preparing a porous starch, and provides high-efficiency means for producing a high-performance porous starch for industrial porous starch production.
