titleOfInvention A Pharmaceutical Composition for Treating Constipation and Its Preparation Methods and Application
abstract The invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition for treating constipation, made of the following parts by weight of raw material: 3 to 4 parts of semen plantaginis polysaccharides, 8 to 10 parts of bee pollen, 2 to 4 parts of probiotics microbial inoculum, 1 to 2 parts of konjac glucomannan, 1 to 2 parts of sodium alginate, 1 to 2 parts of calcium chloride. On the one hand, Konjac glucomannan added in the invention can facilitate intestinal peristalsis, and on the other hand, because konjac glucomannan can only be degraded by enzymes produced by some bacteria in the large intestine, the invention uses konjac glucomannan and sodium alginate compounds to embed probiotics, to avoid the inactivation of probiotics in the stomach, and to achieve the effect of colonizing the intestine by probiotics; furthermore, semen plantaginis polysaccharides, bee pollen, probiotics microbial inoculum and konjac glucomannan in the invention cooperate with each other, to soften stools, facilitate gastrointestinal peristalsis and restore the balance of intestinal flora, achieving the effect of treating constipation from the root.
