The promoter SRN1 belongs to tissue-specific promoters induced by sucrose and glucose and has an important application value in the field of plant gene engineering and in research on a transduction mechanism of sugar signal molecules in organisms. The promoter SRN1 provides a tool for directionally expressing genes for gene engineering breeding of important agronomic traits and dealing of adversity stress for the rice or other food crops and can also be used for scientifically indicating a level of soluble sugars in plant bodies. |
