abstract The present invention discloses a lute in-loaded sodium alginate-based hydrogel, comprising the following components by weight parts: lutein 3.12-10.53, chickpea protein isolate 46.8-47.8, sodium alginate 120-125, Ca24-EGTA 8.4-42, and D-glucosylactone 7.12-35.6. The present invention also provided a preparation method of the lutein-loaded sodium alginate-based hydrogel which has a loading content of lutein up to 760 ug/g, an encapsulation efficiency greater than 96%, good drug loading and sustained release properties. The present invention also provides an application of the lutein-loaded sodium alginate-based hydrogel in preparation of a medicine for preventing or treating diseases caused by inflammatory factor level and intestinal microbial structure.
