titleOfInvention Pomacea apod gene and encoded protein and application therefor
abstract The present discloses a Pomacea apolipoprotein D (ApoD) gene and an encoded protein and an application therefor, and belongs to the technical field of biology. The present invention also discloses the use of this ApoD gene, and especially in the process of Pomacea invasion, by interfering with an expression of an ApoD gene, reduces low temperature tolerance of the Pomacea to cause the Pomacea to fail to live through the winter normally, thereby avoiding further spreading northwards. The gene and encoded protein therefor in the present invention have an important theory and an actual significance for preventing alien invasive species such as Pomacea from further spreading northwards.
