titleOfInvention METHOD OF PLATINARY CHEMICAL DEFINITION SOLUTION AND PLATINUM CONTINUOUS COATING
abstract The invention relates to the chemical (autocatalytic) deposition processes of metals, namely the chemical deposition of platinum. The invention may be used to precipitate platinum coatings on dielectrics, semiconductors or conductors of complex configuration. The invention aims to reduce the toxicity of the platinum chemical deposition solution, to simplify and reduce the formation of a continuous platinum coating. According to the invention, the method of chemical deposition of platinum includes the sensitization of the surface to be coated in a SnCl2 solution, activation in a PdCl2 solution, and immersion in a bath with a chemical precipitation solution, wherein said solution comprises: 0.003 - 0.03M Na2Pt (OH) 6 as a source of platinum (IV) ions. Diisopropanolamine (Dipa), 0.015-0.25 M, as ligand, 0.01-0.1 M, hydrazine N2H4, as a reducing agent and concentrated acetic acid CH3COOH as pH adjuster to pH 10 of the mixture.
