titleOfInvention PORFIRIN'S HANDLING OF DIFFERENT SPECTRUM ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES - NEW POSSIBILITIES FOR TREATMENT OF TICKETS
abstract Hematoporphyrin derivatives (HpD) have been shown to be induced not only by visible and ultraviolet light, but also by shorter wavelength electromagnetic oscillations. Various concentrations of HpD solutions have been illuminated by 405 nm blue light, and we can see raspberry fluorescence with the eye. HpD solutions (1 ml, 0.00001-0, 0008 mg / ml) were initially irradiated with gamma rays (2 Gy, source - 60 ° C) followed by illumination of 405 nm blue light, the fluorescence disappeared. During gamma rays, fluorescence persists by covering said HpD solutions with calcium sodium silicate glass. Statistically reliable regression of the treated tumors was observed in rats treated with glioma C6 after administration of low dose gamma doses of HpD and tumors. During the irradiation, the growth of the glass-covered tumors was not stopped - it disappeared effectively. These results lead to the conclusion that HpD is activated by those ionizing radiation spectra that in the 60Co energy gamma spectrum correspond to the positron anhydration gamma quantum line in 0.511 eV. With this energy quantum, the HpD excitation would require just 0.02 Gy gamma dose.
