abstract | The present invention provides a composition of shelled and unhardened hematogen containing flaxseeds and vitamins. Hematogen is composed of (% by weight): active substances such as food albumin (4.0-5.0) containing 0.004-0.005% by weight of hemo iron, vitamin C (0.04-0.05), folic acid (0.002), vitamin B12 (1.5x10 -6), flaxseed (7.0-8.0); additional substances such as vegetable fat (4.0-4.70), condensed milk (30.0-31.2), starch syrup (18.0-19.8), fine sugar (34.0-35, 8) and flavorings such as vanillin (0.01-0.02). The hematogen in this composition, which is formed into tiles, may optionally be coated with a fat-based glaze having a vanilla or nut essence smell. The putty is about 20%, based on the weight of the hematogen. Hematogen has excellent nutritional properties, is easily absorbed by the body and can be used as a medicine or dietary supplement in anemia and to regulate the body's immunological reactivity and intestinal secretion and motility. This hematogen is particularly vitaminized |
