titleOfInvention Process for applying of decorative picture to surface of glass
abstract The invention is a method for laying decorative cover on glass surfaces. The purpose of the invention is to improve picture durability, cover and product quality enhancement. The aim is achieved by making a picture frame of a composition, which consists of the following components (mass consistency is given as a percentage): colourless floor varnish or wrought enamel MA-160-165-44-55, aluminium powder - 30-40, hardener (butanol, mass 50-3%, hydrochloric acid, mass 50-3%) - 8-12, cellulose nitrate varnish 1-11-218-8-12, while the background of the image is filled with a combination of varnish - floor varnish, diluted hardener, mixed with nitro-paint pigment, dissolved in acetone, after the contour of the image dries out. Before covering the surface with the decorative layer, it is degreased with glass cleaners. The contour of the image is drawn according to the drawing or pattern on the glass, and the background of the image is laid after the contour dries out. Decorative layer, the image is dried at ambient temperature. The decorative layer is stable, non-flowing, mechanically resistant and suitable for long-term use, the external view is adequate for stained glass.
