titleOfInvention | SPECIAL PRINCIPLE OF DYHIDROKVERCETIN PRODUCTION |
abstract | The present invention relates to the field of chromatography (2R, 3R) -dihydroquercetin isolation, the production of biologically active supplements for medical and pharmaceutical purposes, as well as to the food and cosmetics industry. A new high-throughput process for (2R, 3R) -dihydroquercetin is proposed, producing a highly pure product. Dihydroquercetin-containing solid raw material is soluble in ethyl alcohol at 20 - 290? until the dihydrochloride content of the solution reaches 50 - 250 g / l. Then, the chromatographic separation is carried out at a pressure of 100-500 kg / cm2 in the column with dynamic axial pressure, where the column is filled with a reflux phase sorbent, when the sorbent is eluted with a pre-degassed and modified aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol. Elution of the elution fractions is accomplished by refractometric and mass spectrometric analysis followed by crystallization of the product by freezing, filtration and lyophilization. The product thus obtained has at least 99.9% (2R, 3R) -dihydroquercetin. |
